Our Story
A quiet study in modern luxury.
Considered design, deliberate comfort, and the quiet confidence of a well-travelled home.
The beginning
A sanctuary, not a hotel.
House One Hotel was conceived as an antidote to the city's relentless tempo — a sanctuary where every detail is considered, and every comfort, deliberate. From the moment guests pass through our walnut-clad reception, the noise of the street falls away.
Our interiors pair warm oak and hand-loomed linen with brushed-brass fixtures and sculptural lighting. The result is an atmosphere that feels at once grounded and refined — the quiet confidence of a well-travelled home, set down in the heart of the city.
Every member of our team — from the doorman who remembers your name to the housekeeper who folds your evening linen — has been chosen for their instinct for hospitality. We do not measure service by transactions completed, but by moments of genuine care.
"We do not simply offer a room. We offer a pause."
The craft
Materials that age well.
Where other hotels specify plastic laminates and chrome, we have chosen solid oak, walnut, travertine, and brushed brass — materials that develop a patina with use, that record the passage of guests without showing wear. Our linens are well-loomed; our bath amenities are formulated exclusively for House One Hotel.
The art on our walls is not decoration but curation — a rotating selection from a network of independent photographers and painters, changed each season.
The neighbourhood
Midtown, but quiet.
Located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Abijo, our hotel offers a relaxing escape while keeping you within easy reach of some of the area's popular destinations. Explore the natural beauty of Lufasi Nature Park, enjoy a round of golf at Lakowe Lakes Golf & Country Estate, or head towards Novare Sangotedo Mall for shopping, dining and entertainment. For a little more adventure, discover the family-friendly attractions at Omu Resort, spend a day by the ocean at Eleko Beach, or explore the scenic trails and canopy walkway at Lekki Conservation Centre, same at Lufasi Park less than 3 KM. Whether you're visiting for leisure, business or a weekend getaway, our location makes it easy to enjoy the attractions of the Lekki–Ibeju corridor before returning to a comfortable and relaxing stay.
